When we visited the BUGA site for the first time, it was clear to us that tall trees awaited us for hanging the hanging chairs. That was in December last year and the turn of the year apparently triggered the "reset" button for us. Now we stood in front of it with our team, equipped with a 50m throw line, various "throw bags" of 200g, 340g and 380g, suspension ropes, stainless steel chains, protective hoses and slings. Every beginning was difficult. But it turned out very quickly: Matz was our throwing guru. He was the only one of the team who could reach the throwing height of approx. 14m - 15m. That is an enormous height if you have to throw a 340g bag over a thick tree branch by hand and using a special throwing technique. You also have to skilfully avoid the small branches on your trajectory, otherwise it will be slowed down there or get stuck. Wow, wow, wow - Matz managed all 10 Crazy Chair hanging chairs with energy and skill. Oh - don't forget - we threw double ropes around the branches for safety. After 11 hours of installing 10 hanging chairs and 4 hammocks, we were done - really done. Crazy Chair wishes all BUGA visitors a lot of relaxation with our products on the "Campus" area.
Today - a day later - Matz said he had a little sore muscles in his arms. Who cares. But we wouldn't have succeeded without him.
